I was disappointed with the quality and overall value of the items received relative to the price paid. The contents did not meet reasonable expectations for the cost, and I felt the products were significantly overpriced for what was delivered. In addition, I paid an extra $50 for what was represented to me as express shipping so the item would arrive by Christmas. Instead, it was shipped using 3-Day Select and arrived after Christmas, making it unusable as a gift. When I raised this concern, the seller attributed the issue to the carrier rather than acknowledging that the shipping method used could not reasonably meet the promised delivery timeline. When I requested a refund and offered to return the unopened item at my expense, the seller refused, citing a no-refund policy. Very poor experience overall.
