Ingredients:
Organic Red Rooibos Tea, Organic Cinnamon Chips, Organic Whole Cloves, Organic Ginger, Organic Cardamom, Organic Nutmeg, Organic Allspice.
Preparation:
Use 1 heaping tsp or 1 tea bag per 12-16 oz of boiling water. You can adjust this ratio to your desired taste.
Heat water to boiling (212 degrees) to extract the most nutrients from the herbal tea.
Allow the tea to steep for at least 10 min for a highly nutritious and delicious tea.
♡♡ Each tea bag contains approximately 2 tsps of loose leaf tea to make a rather strong 12 oz cup of tea. Actually, with herbal teas, you can use these tea bags twice and get 2 delicious cups of tea from each tea bag.
