The quality of the product was great! I am disappointed in the time it took it to arrive. I purchased on 3 May and it was delivered on 12 May. Although the owner was prompt at responding to me, and it fell in her 4-5 day shipping parameter, it is still disappointing. My mother enjoyed it as her Mother's Day gift and while she received it 2 days passed the holiday, was extremely happy overall.
